This online meeting led by Dr. Shelley Murphy and the ¹û½´ÊÓƵ Wellness team is open to teachers/educators, teacher candidates, and teachers of teachers interested in being a part of an ongoing community of support centred around mindfulness education.

Including pretend dumpling-making, Chinese calligraphy, cultural quizzes, Chinese paper cutting, and more! Families welcome. RSVP, space is limited.
