Biography

L. Julius is a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership & Policy program at ¹û½´ÊÓƵ, supervised by Dr. Beyhan Farhadi. Their research employs Critical Legal Policy Analysis (CLPA) and socio-legal frameworks to investigate how teacher legal consciousness shapes the dual nature of schools as both learning and working spaces. Drawing on their extensive background as a union Executive Officer and public school teacher, their work scrutinizes the gap between education law and school board policies with a focus on surveillance, professional judgment, and health and safety.
