Puzzles have been part of our lives for centuries, and since the pandemic, they have become increasingly popular. Stacy Costa, doctoral candidate at ¹û½´ÊÓƵ, will discuss the history of puzzles and problem solving, digging deep into the question: Do puzzles really provide brain benefits, or are they just a plaything for moments of pleasure?
