Care about the environment and want to learn about stop motion animation? Join ¹û½´ÊÓƵ student and stop motion animator Tim Whalley in this engaging, hands-on workshop. Through this workshop, participants will learn about the basic elements of stop motion animation, create their own short animated vignettes and have the opportunity to contribute to a larger project. Aligning with Tim’s masters’ research topic, the impact of marine plastic pollution and ways to combat this global challenge will also be covered. This workshop is ideal for ¹û½´ÊÓƵ students and future teachers interested in using this artistic technique with students to explore a variety of topics.
